Mike is primarily responsible for overseeing Tundra's investment activities, including growing and maintaining market relationships, sourcing and performing diligence on all potential new acquisitions, securing financing, and executing day-to-day operations. Prior to founding Tundra Capital Partners, he was a member of the acquisitions team at Beacon Capital Partners, a Boston based value-add oriented real estate investment firm, where he executed on over $3.5B gross capitalized value in acquisitions and $900M in dispositions in office and life science real estate. He was also a member at Ridge Real Estate Partners, a New York based opportunistic real estate investment fund where he executed on over $230M of gross capitalized value in several ground-up multifamily and industrial developments.

Mike is a graduate of Northeastern University, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
